How to: Sleep Two Hours a Day
An article found by Lifehacker.com claims you can stay awake 22-hours a day by getting your sleep polyphasically — in a few quick cat naps.
The most time-efficient strategy, dubbed the überman (what else?), calls for a 20-minute nap every four hours… The first seven days of deprivation will be sheer misery, but stay on track. Once you start dreaming during naps—a sign you’ve hit REM—you’ll begin to feel better.
How does this work? The brain eventually adapts by entering the REM state of sleep much faster. Which gives you a higher percentage of the best kind of z’s.
How to wake up Early is a website dedicated to helping people—you guessed it—wake up early. To get a better idea of what a two hour sleep day diet is cutting out, check out the article Understanding Sleep Mechanics.

All in all, the idea of only having to sleep two hours a day fascinates me… However, the idea of waking up six times a day does not.
